Phoenix Ensemble has a new logo (which you've probably noticed if you've been paying attention on this site!)pe_colour_small.

The refreshed branding still features the group's trademark phoenix, but has been revamped to give the bird a more contemporary feel.

The new logo positions Phoenix Ensemble as a dynamic theatre organisation, and provides a fresh, modern feel that the board expects will serve it well for many years to come.

Planning for our creative and financial future

Phoenix is well positioned for the future, recently adopting its first strategic plan.

The group has a goal to become leaders within the community scene in Brisbane and Gold Coast, and the Phoenix Ensemble Strategic Plan 2009-2014 sets out a number strategies the group will undertake to acheive that goal.

Importantly, the plan assigns responsibility for each strategy to specific roles among the board and supporting staff, creating accountability.
