Hello, I’m Khadijah Kahn, the Director of Junior Theatre.
Here at Phoenix Ensemble we provide a positive, encouraging environment for 7 to 12-year-olds to learn the basics of all facets of theatre including acting and characterisation, improvisation, singing, voice, basic choreography and stage craft. Once a year we perform our very own production, either a musical or a play which gives our budding young performers a chance to experience the hard work, dedication and ultimate fulfilment of putting on their own production.
Phoenix Junior Theatre welcomes all children, from the totally inexperienced to the more experienced. Our most recent production is the musical titled Conundrum. We have all been having a fantastic time and had some wonderful feedback from our audience and members of Phoenix.
