Booking Policy

Ticket bookings, are to be paid for within 48 hours of the booking. Seats will be released if payment is not received within this 48 hour period.

Tickets can be purchased in person for any of our shows at the Pavilion theatre, on any performance night.

Phoenix Ensemble accepts the following payment methods:Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Cheque & Money Orders (Cheques should be made payable to: Phoenix Ensemble Inc.) Cheques/Money Orders can be posted to:

Phoenix Ensemble Inc PO Box 447 BEENLEIGH QLD 4207.

Once ticket is confirmed/guaranteed by one of the above mentioned payment methods, refund or exchange is not permitted.

Phoenix Ensemble reserves the right to cancel or change a performance, without notice, but will gladly refund or exchange purchased tickets. Efforts will be made to contact patrons in advance, where possible.

Seating is allocated however, Phoenix Ensemble will gladly take seat requests. Note this will be on request basis only. All efforts will be made to fulfill seat requests.
